With the cost of living increasing weekly many people who were doing okay this time last year are now having a hard time paying everyday living expenses. Gas prices have risen to over $4.00 a gallon in many parts of the country and/are still going up. Cost of food also seems to rise weekly. Many people cannot afford to get a second job or have a stay at home parent get a job because of the expense of child care, cost of another vehicle, etc. Financial stress can cause many problems in relationships.
Does the above hit home? You are not alone in this situation. How much more would you need to make in order for you and your family to be able to afford everyday living expenses? What about saving for the future: emergency, children’s college, retirement, or simply a vacation?
